A Hyper-Learning Book Club Invitation

I invite you to consider beginning your Hyper-Learning Journey by creating a Hyper-Learning Book Club made up of a small team (2-4 people) of like-minded family members or close trusted friends or colleagues who want to learn how to excel at Hyper-Learning.

In helping others do this, I have learned that the learning journey is an experiential journey of both “Making-Meaning” of the book’s content AND adopting daily practices to behaviorally operationalize those learnings to improve one’s behaviors.

This “Making-Meaning” process is optimized with a two-step process. First, you individually “make-meaning” of the content and then you share and learn from others are on the same journey. That can be done with a close trusted friend or family member or colleague by creating a small like-minded group in a “book club.”

After you “Make-Meaning, you would create your individual Daily Intentions and adopt your daily practices as discussed in the book and share what works and what does not work seeking advice from trusted others who are on the same journey as you are.

I recommend doing that one chapter at a time beginning with the Prologue. The book has Reflection Times and Workshops with deliverables built into the book for you to use. The book is really a combination of a book and workbook. In addition, if you decide to become a Hyper-Learner you can download (for free) a 143 page “My Hyper-Learning Journal” to use in doing the Reflection Times and Workshops.

Just like a Book Club you would prepare by reading a Chapter and doing the exercises. Then you come together for a couple of hours and discuss. Afterwards, you would write in your Journal your learnings from your discussions.

I suggest that your try and meet as a small group for two hours at least twice a month. Chapters 1, 2, and 3 are the foundational building blocks and will take you much longer to discuss than just one meeting for each. Latter Chapters will require much less time probably just one meeting per Chapter.

I am happy to answer any questions you may have when you are on this Journey and I plan to do monthly or Zoom Q&A meetings to help you and others who undertake this Journey.

I wish you a JOYOUS 2021 and may it be your BEST YEAR yet!
