Visualizing Workplace Conversations

I believe the #1 determiner of success in the Digital Age, from both an individual and an organizational perspective, will be one’s ability to consistently have “High-Quality Making-Meaning Conversations” with Others (Chapters 7 & 8 in the Hyper-Learning book). That requires you come to the conversation with Inner Peace and an open mind, totally focused on seeking to understand what the other person sees, means, and believes.
