“Hyper-Learning” Is How You Stay Relevant in The Digital Age

Hyper-Learning is a way for you to stay relevant and have meaningful work in the Digital Age. Hyper-Learning is high quality continuous learning, unlearning, and relearning at the speed of change. By hyper, I do not mean the modern connotation of being excitable, manic, nervous, or fidgety. I use the term to reference the original Greek meaning of “over” or “above.” Hyper-Learning is an over-abundance of learning. Hyper-Learning requires a New Way of Being and a New Way of Working that enables cognitive, emotional and behavioral high performance. This is a “how-to” book with Reflection Times, Workshops, Tools, Diagnostics and deliverables. It invites you to create your personal journey to your Best Self by adopting a Hyper-Learning Mindset, Behaviors and Daily Practices. It is learn-by doing book. The book also includes two amazing chapters written by three senior executives who are Hyper-Learners. I invite you to join the Journey.
